Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from when you received the item to you to request a return.

Always inspect your item before opening it if it arrives obviously damaged, if you receive the wrong item or if something is wrong with the art print. Then contact us as quickly as possible so that we can help you. Items that are printed on your order and are personalized with e.g. your name or any text/design do not apply to the right of withdrawal.

In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the condition it was in when you received it, it must be unused, with all tags remaining and in its original packaging. We also need your receipt for the purchase.

Describe why you want to return the item. When the return is accepted, we send you an address where you send the item.

When we have received the product and approved the return, the money will be returned to the account or card you made the purchase from, or a new product will be sent depending on the reason for the return. 

If an item is returned without first contacting us, the return will not be accepted.

For digital products, right of withdrawal or return does not apply due to the nature of it being a digital file and is sent immediately after purchase.
